Shipping policy

Wat-er Blast Pty Ltd uses Australia Post, Aramex & TNT for all deliveries.

Metro Postcodes 

Free shipping applies to all orders $200 and over for metro postcodes*. A flat shipping rate of $12.45 will be applied to all orders under $200.

Regional & Remote Postcodes 

Free shipping does not apply to regional and remote postcodes. Shipping rates for these postcodes are based on weight. A flat shipping rate of $24.00 will be applied to all orders under 22kg and $36.00 for all orders 22kg and over.

Once your order has been processed at our warehouse and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation advising you that your order has been dispatched with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched, especially during busy sales periods.  Delivery times within Australia for standard post is 1 to 12 days depending on your delivery area and when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

We regret to inform you that certain products cannot be delivered to a PO Box address. In such instances, we will promptly contact you to request an alternative shipping address.

Additionally, we occasionally encounter shipping limitations to rural or remote areas. In the rare event that this occurs, we will promptly reach out to you to explore viable solutions or offer a full refund.
