Car Washes

Customers who use car washes know what clean is and they have an expectation. If a carwash is dirty (you cannot see through the glass, there is mildew 7ft high up the walls, the carwash floor is slimy with a build up of leaves and grime) many customers may be left wondering how well the carwash is maintained overall and what damage it may do to their vehicle if it is not well maintained. However, a clean and inviting carwash with sparkling clear glass, nice white walls etc tells a story of a well kept carwash and a good operator.

Car washes can be the big pink elephant on a fuel site (or even as a stand-alone identity). Many operators have invested significant amounts of time and money perfecting the internal and external image of their business but have not applied the same approach to the carwash that sits aside of the business, many retailers and operators know it is unsightly, uninviting and bringing down the site and brand image but don’t quite know how to tackle the need for the carwash to be cleaned. Really it is as simple as spending a small amount of money to have it professionally high pressure cleaned inside and out on a scheduled basis, letting the operators focus on the retail sales and customer service within the store.

The cleaning of car washes has become a niche market and one that we pride ourselves on having mastered.

The pictures really tell the story here.
